Knowledge evolves when it moves
Knowledge is not a possession to protect. It is a living system that becomes more valuable when people share it, test it, improve it, and put it to work.
Every programme, article, workshop, and AI system exists to move knowledge into action — where it can evolve and create better outcomes. An AI business brain is that idea built into a company: it moves what the business knows out of isolation and into action.
From network engineer to AI architect
Craig started in 1993 as a freelance computer network engineer, working with organisations including IBM, Fujitsu Siemens, DEFRA and Midlothian Council. He went on to build and run his own businesses in web design and real estate, then moved into digital marketing and online education.
He holds a BEng in Computing and an MSc in Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University — the combination of systems thinking and commercial thinking that shapes this whole framework.
Today he designs AI automation pipelines, runs his own self-hosted AI infrastructure, and is an n8n Ambassador. He builds the systems he teaches, and teaches only what he has built.
